ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 13-05-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the counsels.

As it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Chairman, State Level Committee for Wood- based Industries-cum-Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) herein vide representation dated 13.08.2024 (Annexure - P-4). The respondents No. 2 is directed to consider the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court CWJC No.3296 of 2025(2) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
