The petitioner, who is in custody in Economic Offence P.S. Case No.20 of 2014 ( Special Case No.27 of 2014) registered for the offence under Sections 414,420, 467, 468, 471, 472/34 and 20(B)(1) (c), 23, 29 of the N.D.P.S Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was simply a driver of the truck and he has got no connection with recovery of Ganja from the truck. From perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that huge quantity of Ganja was recovered from a concealed portion of the truck, which was being driven by

I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
