JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 535 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 471, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30/ 30(a)/36/38/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 3881.880 litres of liquor from the truck and the name of petitioner was disclosed by the apprehended accused..

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 11.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the the recovery of huge quantity of liquor, at this stage, I am not inclined to
