This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 226 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Considering the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent and the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.
