The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 213 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of the first information report and seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made next to the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
