Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/120b/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and had falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has stated that the petitioner and his father offered her chips and when she consumed it, she became unconscious and when she gained sense, she found herself in a train and heard this petitioner and his father talking about selling her in Gujrat.
