It transpires that the present Cr. Revision has been filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C., by which order dated 23.12.2021, passed in Complaint Case No. 72 of 2020, by 3rd A.D.J.-cum-SC/ST Exclusive Court, Saran at Chapra has been challenged.

Counsel for the State submits that the present case is not maintainable as hit by Section 14(A) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Act No. 33 of 1989).

In this view of the matter, that present Cr. Revision is
