JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 After short argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application, in view of the fact that trial has now commenced in this matter.

2. Learned counsel Mr. Rana Vikram Singh, appearing on behalf of Dept. of Vigilance, Govt. of Bihar submitted that in last eight years only single prosecution witness was examined and as such, learned Trial Court be directed to expedite the trial as matter is related with Prevention of Corruption Act.
