The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25-1(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. On 27.03.2015 allegedly the petitioner was caught with loaded country made pistol and co-accused Amarjeet Paswan was caught with two live cartridges whereas, one co-accused Guddu Kumar succeeded in fleeing away.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the alleged recovery and detention of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
