The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.

Against the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, there is provision for statutory appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

Considering the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.15384 of 2017(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Appellate Authority by filing an appeal and in the event of filing of the appeal the State Appellate Authority shall condone the delay in filing of the appeal and dispose of the same on its own merit at the earliest.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
