2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ashthawan P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, the informant entered into an agreement with the co-accused Anuj Kumar for purchase of the land. Anuj Kumar received Rs. 31,00,000/- (thirty one lacs) but he refrained from executing the sale deed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not party to the agreement and he has been

5. On the otherhand, learned counsel for the informant and the State have opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Ashthawan P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
