This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(x) of SC/ST Act.
The petitioner is one of the named accused in this case with allegation of abuse and assault etc. Submission is of false implication with ulterior motive. Further, as submitted, petitioner carries no criminal antecedent.

Case No.
90/2013, with a condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date at least for two years or till disposal of the case, in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
