2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the case, vide order dated 25.07.2024 and 20.08.2024, petitioner has been asked to file fresh application with relevant documents on 27.08.2024 for the compassionate appointment.

3. In view of the aforesaid initiative taken by the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned authorities to take up the matter of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.2722 of 2024(2) dt.17-10-2024 2/2 and dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
