JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 28.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10306 of 2018 and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only modification he seeks is with regard to the extension of time period for depositing a sum of Rs. One lakh, as directed by the said order dated 28.02.2018.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also having regard to the averments made in the present petition, the order dated 28.02.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall now deposit a sum of Rs. One lakh within a period of four weeks from today, failing which it is directed that the aforesaid anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8144 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 10306 of 2018 would stand dismissed automatically and the petitioner would be liable to be arrested and put in custody forthwith.

The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the original order dated 28.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10306 of 2018.
