JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S.case no. 79 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation has been made that the petitioner kidnapped the son of the informant but from the records it appears that the boy was found working in a hotel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of use of water from pump, this false case has been lodged. The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2014.

Looking to the period of custody, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
