However, hard-copy has not been received yet, therefore, he prayed for adjournment.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that raising his all grievances, the petitioner has already made his representation before the concerned respondent vide Anneuxre-P/8 dated 17.01.2025, therefore, it is prayed by him that this petition may be disposed of at this stage itself directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure-P/8) as early as possible probably within three months from today.
4. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again if the occasion arises later on.
