The petitioner is accused in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016, registered under Section 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 12.10.2016, petitioner came at the shop of he informant, where Kabindra Kumar, son of the informant, was present and made demand of cigarette without payment of money then his son refused to give cigarette, on which, petitioner started to abuse and caused injury at this head through piece of bamboo and fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8899 of 2020(3) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 17.08.2019. Further submission is that the only one injury, as found on the person of son of the informant, is simple in nature and the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Korha P.S.
