The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 120(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. It is alleged that F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and has stated that this petitioner alongwith co-accused Suraj Kumar had come to the house, gave chips to her and after eating the same, she became unconscious and when she gained consciousness, she found herself in a train where she heard that accused persons were planning to sell her in Gujarat.
