JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-07-2018 Inter alia contending that the respondents authorities are not providing residential house under Indira Awas Yojna, petitioner claiming to be a public spirited person has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution. Apart from the fact that the pleadings are vague and un-specific, not even the particular of any individual who had applied for the benefit and who has been denied the benefit is indicated in the body of the petition. Merely on the basis of such vague allegation, we see no reason to make a roving enquiry
Patna High Court CWJC No.16430 of 2017(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 into the matter. The persons aggrieved, who are entitled to the benefit of Indira Awas Yojna, may ventilate the grievance in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, finding no indulgence to be made in the matter at the instance of the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of.
