2. Petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 392 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is said to have assaulted the informant and thereafter snatched Rs.35,000/- from him. It is submitted on his behalf that besides the present case he is not accused in any other case and is in jail custody with effect from 19.06.2014.

3. Let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Kanariya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 185/14.
