For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/orders)/direction(s) directing and commanding the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment of public land committed by the private respondent on the land, appertaining to the thana no. 639/2, khata no. 39, plot nos. 2 area about 03 acre

(ii). For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) commanding the respondents to take immediate action on the order dated 28.8.2017, passed by the SubDivisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Sadar Darbhanga, DistrictDarbhanga and for removing the encroachment done by private respondent on public land."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState has referred to paragraphs no. 10 and 11 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, to submit that the encroachment in question has already stood removed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the case, then the petitioner is not having any grievance, however, he be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances in case the encroachment resurfaces. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
