====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 90 bottles of 300 ml each Nepali liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of which petitioner is the registered owner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which there is recovery of illicit liquor, as such, he cannot

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
