JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 As prayed for learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) (d) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 43.5 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the recovery is from the house, which is a joint possession property. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 07.01.2020.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020.
