The petitioner seeks bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 04 of 2022 corresponding to Special Case No. 219 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)/34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 200 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from a bag which was kept on the Scooty of this petitioner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The vehicle in question does not belong to this petitioner and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2022. Investigation is complete.
