In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.769 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. However, the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code has stated that she has gone of her own on account of torture of her mother.
Looking to the aforesaid fact, let the above-named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11045 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.
