Petitioner, a driver was apprehended on account of transportation of spurious wine along with other items, as per seizure list, over Tata Magic bearing registration no.BR-44P-1783. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 24.08.2014 without any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Tunjee Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.
