The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 400, 401, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Two country-made loaded pistol have been recovered from the possession of apprehended two co-accused persons. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused persons, who were apprehended on spot with country-made pistol. No arms or ammunition have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
