JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 This is an application for grant of regular bail in favour of the petitioner who is an accused in Bhagwanpur PS Case No. 182 of 2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner referring to the First Information Report that allegedly from the possession of the present petitioner only three live cartridges were recovered. He further submits that similar circumstanced other co-accused, Chandan Kumar, has been granted regular bail by an order dated 7.10.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 46744 of 2015. Considering the submission as above, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47455 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur PS Case No. 182 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
