2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. He is not named in the First Information Report but has been implicated in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Nawal Yadav, named in the First Information Report. Petitioner is in jail custody with effect from 10.09.2014.

3. Let, petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 50/14. (V.N. Sinha, J) Rajesh/- U T
