====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Husband of the petitioner has already been released on bail by this Court under order dated 26.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23051 of 2013 after he remained in jail custody for about nine months. Petitioner is in jail custody with effect from 27.8.2014. In the circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 176 of 2004.
