2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the marriage of sister of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Kundan Sada about one month ago. On 07.08.2024, the informant received the telephonic message from his brother-inlaw Kundan Sada that his sister is admitted in the hospital. The informant went to see her, but the house was locked. Thereafter, on 08.08.2024, he received a telephonic message that his sister has been killed by hanging by all the accused persons including this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is cousin father-in-law of the deceased and has got no concern with the conjugal life of couple. Petitioner is separate in mess and property. There is no allegation of assault or demand of dowry against this petitioner. As a matter of fact, due to family feud, the deceased committed suicide. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Mathurapur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
