JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Since the Court is inclined to dispose of the writ application with a direction to respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, the Court does not feel persuaded to issue notice to Zila Parishad, Supaul. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to Covid-19, the petitioner has not been able to operate the Bus stand and, as such, the petitioner deserves consideration of his case sympathetically for extension of time for the Bus stand, Triveniganj or proportional refund of the amount during which the Bus stand was not operational due to Covid-19. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5646 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 with liberty to the Zila Parishad, Supaul to appropriately decide the claim of the petitioner in the light of the fact that due to Covid-19, the Bus stand was not in operation. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
