This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9405 of 2021, whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bonds by order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9405 of 2021 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9405 of 2021 is modified to the above extent.
