This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 342, 420, 467, 468, 315, 376, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner took away the victim on the pretext to meet with her husband suffering from illness and took her to Ludhiyana, kept her at one place or another and even raped her. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 110 of 2005 pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Madhepura. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
