In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that such prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected on earlier occasion vide order dated 13.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20516 of 2017, this Court does not find that there is any substantial change of circumstances which will require consideration of the application for grant of anticipatory bail again. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is again rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court
