The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.05.2015 in connection with Complaint Case no. 945/2013 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a civil dispute, colour of criminal offence has been given. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner, Raj Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Akanksha
