The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 160, 341, 323 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, two groups of boys were fighting and firing against each other and when the police party reached there, all of them fled away and the people, who assembled there, named this petitioner and others. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated coaccused namely Kaushal Kumar @ Chhotu and Mohammad Jahid have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 06.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 60017 of 2021 and order dated 15.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 67806

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8905 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 of 2021 respectively. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Barh, District - Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
