JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-09-2019 In view of the judgment of the apex court in the case of Sunny Prakash 2013(3) SCC 559, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the University to strictly adhere to the principle decided by the Apex Court in Sunny Prakash (supra) and grant benefit which is otherwise admissible in terms of agreement between State Government and Federation of Non Teaching Employee.
