2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 264/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363A/366A/370A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he got married to an underage girl after payment of money. The petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is the mother and Aunt (Phua) of the victim who got the victim married with the petitioner after taking money.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact

No.12327 of 2024(3) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Barh, Patna/concerned court in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 264/2023, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.
