The petitioner is an accused in a case for the offence registered under Sections 376, 412, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he had committed the offence of rape on several occasions. The victim in question has stated in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. to be 14 years of age. The medical report as per the case diary appears to be indistinct but she is definitely within 18 years of age (1617 years ). Considering the materials available on the case diary and also the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail to the
