This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 20, 22, 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. It is alleged that huge quantity of Charas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 arising out of Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari.
