JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Petitioner has approached this Court for regularisation of his services on account of having served in the Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department for the past 15-20 years. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of resolution dated 21.5.2013 the petitioner's case is also to be considered in terms of policy which is contained in the said resolution. He submits that

Since the consideration has to be done in terms of the policy of the State government, pendency of the instant proceeding would be futile as consideration has to be done by the authorities themselves.

Learned Senior Counsel submits that he would be approaching respondent No. 4 with a comprehensive representation relying upon the said resolution to facilitate proper consideration.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. Petitioner would be at liberty to submit his claim within four weeks. In the event such a claim/representation is submitted, respondent No. 4 should consider and disposed of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
