JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 These two applications have been preferred for grant of regular bail in favour of the petitioners who are accused in connection with Tatarpur PS Case No. 89 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that the charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police and the petitioners have remained in custody from 20.7.2015, these applications are allowed.

I have taken into account the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47530 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the submission that the petitioners will not be away during the course of trial. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Tatarpur PS Case No.89 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
