The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From the house of the petitioner, 30 litres of spirit was found. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he is in jail since 7.9.2014.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, District-West Champaran, in connection with Dhanha P.S. Case No.125 of 2014.
