Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar SC/ST P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i) (x)/3(i) (xi) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Allegedly, the petitioner caught the informant with bad intention and abused her in her caste name and also assaulted her 4-5 slaps.

Submission is that the petitioner has been implicated falsely due to village politics, moreover, good sense has been prevailed between the parties and compromise petition has been

The petitioner is suffering in custody since 26.9.2014 and in this case chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tempering with the prosecution evidence to which the learned APP does not dispute. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Sadar SC/ST P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
