A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed in which it has been stated that the entire GPF amount has been paid to the petitioner, whereas, counsel for the petitioner submits that there is mistake in calculation so he is not satisfied with the amount, which has been paid to the petitioner. It appears that all the retiral dues including the amount of GPF has been paid to the petitioner. If the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.18067 of 2017(4) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 is not satisfied, he is at liberty to file a detailed representation to the Accountant General, Bihar. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, the Accountant General, Bihar will examine and calculate the amount and if it is found any deficit amount then that should be paid without unnecessary delay within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observations/ directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
