====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 714 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner and other accused person were arrested during the examination of the Constable Recruitment and it is seen that Adhar Card, ID Card, Driving License, Intermediate and Matriculation Certificate, PAN Card and several other articles were recovered from them. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has remained in custody for more than seven

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7419 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 months. He further submits that one of the accused person has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.77351 of 2019 vide order dated 07.01.2020. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additinal Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
