2. Petitioner retired from the post of Driver on 31.03.2014 from the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation. Counsel for the petitioner submits that except CPF neither any other retiral benefits have been paid nor his overtime and difference of salary with regard to 5th and 6th Pay Revision has been paid.

3. Considering the nature of prayer made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16308 of 2017(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed fresh representation before the Chief of Administration, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Bihar, Patna(Respondent No. 2), which will be disposed of by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. Any admissible amount with interest would be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent to the petitioner through registered post. However, it goes without saying that since the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner has been fixed on 02.05.2019, the respondent authorities would release the admissible dues to the petitioner in the meantime.
