The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 304 (B), 201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and accused persons is of committing murder of the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and the dead body have been disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 9280 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Naugachia, in connection with Naugachia, P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
