The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 35 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. From possession of the petitioner the looted mobile was recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was taken into custody on 02.03.2013 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner was remanded in the present case on 19.09.2014.
It appears that the looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner hence I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is

If so advised, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year.
